ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَٰنَهُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَٱلْمَسِيحَ ٱبْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓاْ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوٓاْ إِلَٰهًا وَٰحِدًا ۖ لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
иттəхōз̃уу əhбəəрōhум вəруhбəəнəhум əрбəəбəмм-миŋŋ-дууниль-лəhи вəəльмəсииhə-бнə мəрйəмə вəмəə умируу ильлəə лийə'будуу илəəhəу-вəəhидə, лəə илəəhə ильлəə hуу, субhəəнəhу 'əммəə йушрикуун
They have taken their scribes and their monks as lords besides Allah, and also Christ, Mary’s son; though they were commanded to worship only the One God, there is no god except Him; He is far too immaculate to have any partners that they ascribe [to Him]!
يُرِيدُونَ أَن يُطْفِـُٔواْ نُورَ ٱللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَيَأْبَى ٱللَّهُ إِلَّآ أَن يُتِمَّ نُورَهُۥ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ
йуриидуунə əй-йутфи`уу нуурōл-лаhи би`əфвəəhиhим вəйə`бəл-лаhу ильлəə əй-йутиммə нуурōhу вəлəу кəриhəль-кəəфируун
They desire to put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah is intent on perfecting His light though the faithless should be averse.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِٱلْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ ٱلْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ عَلَى ٱلدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ ٱلْمُشْرِكُونَ
hувəль-лəз̃ии əрсəлə рōсуулəhу би-ль-hудəə вəдииниль-həќќи лийуз̃hирōhу 'əлəəд-диини куллиhи вəлəу кəриhəль-мушрикуун
It is He who has sent His Apostle with the guidance and the religion of truth that He may make it prevail over all religions, though the polytheists should be averse.
۞ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ ٱلْأَحْبَارِ وَٱلرُّهْبَانِ لَيَأْكُلُونَ أَمْوَٰلَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْبَٰطِلِ وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَكْنِزُونَ ٱلذَّهَبَ وَٱلْفِضَّةَ وَلَا يُنفِقُونَهَا فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَبَشِّرْهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу иннə кəc̃иирōмм-минəль-əhбəəри вəр-руhбəəни лəйə`кулююнə əмвəəлəн-нəəси би-ль-бəəтыли вəйəсуддуунə 'əŋŋ-сəбиилиль-лəh, вəəльлəз̃иинə йəкнизуунəз̃-з̃əhəбə вəəльфиддōтə вəлəə йуŋŋфиќуунəhəə фии сəбиилиль-лəhи фəбəшширhумм-би'əз̃əəбин əлиим
O you who have faith! Indeed many of the scribes and monks wrongfully eat up the people’s wealth, and bar [them] from the way of Allah. Those who treasure up gold and silver, and do not spend it in the way of Allah, inform them of a painful punishment
يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْهَا فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَتُكْوَىٰ بِهَا جِبَاهُهُمْ وَجُنُوبُهُمْ وَظُهُورُهُمْ ۖ هَٰذَا مَا كَنَزْتُمْ لِأَنفُسِكُمْ فَذُوقُواْ مَا كُنتُمْ تَكْنِزُونَ
йəумə йуhмəə 'əлэйhəə фии нəəри джəhəннəмə фəтуквəə биhəə джибəəhуhум вəджунуубуhум вəз̃уhууруhум, həəз̃əə мəə кəнəзтум ли`əŋŋфусикум фəз̃ууќуу мəə куŋŋтум тəкнизуун
on the day when these shall be heated in hellfire and therewith branded on their foreheads, their sides, and their backs [and told]: ‘This is what you treasured up for yourselves! So taste what you have treasured!’
إِنَّ عِدَّةَ ٱلشُّهُورِ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِى كِتَٰبِ ٱللَّهِ يَوْمَ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ مِنْهَآ أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلْقَيِّمُ ۚ فَلَا تَظْلِمُواْ فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ ۚ وَقَٰتِلُواْ ٱلْمُشْرِكِينَ كَآفَّةً كَمَا يُقَٰتِلُونَكُمْ كَآفَّةً ۚ وَٱعْلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ
иннə 'иддəтəш-шуhуури 'иŋŋдəл-лаhи-c̃нəə 'əшəрō шəhрōн фии китəəбиль-лəhи йəумə хōлəќōс-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрдō минhəə əрбə'əтун hурум, з̃əəликəд-диинуль-ќōййим, фəлəə тəз̃лимуу фииhиннə əŋŋфусəкум, вəќōōтилююль-мушрикиинə кəəффəтəн кəмəə йуќōōтилююнəкум кəəффəh, вəə'лəмуу əннəл-лаhə мə'əль-муттəќиин
Indeed the number of months with Allah is twelve months in Allah’s Book, the day when He created the heavens and the earth. Of these, four are sacred. That is the upright religion. So do not wrong yourselves during them. Fight all the polytheists, just as they fight you all, and know that Allah is with the Godwary.
إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّسِىٓءُ زِيَادَةٌ فِى ٱلْكُفْرِ ۖ يُضَلُّ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُحِلُّونَهُۥ عَامًا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُۥ عَامًا لِّيُوَاطِـُٔواْ عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّواْ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ أَعْمَٰلِهِمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ
иннəмəəн-нəсии`у зийəəдəтун фииль-куфр, йудōллю биhиль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу йуhиллююнəhу 'əəмəу-вəйуhəрримуунəhу 'əəмəл-лийувəəты`уу 'иддəтə мəə həррōмəл-лаhу фəйуhиллюю мəə həррōмəл-лаh, зуййинə лəhум суу`у ə'мəəлиhим, вəл-лаhу лəə йəhдииль-ќōумəль-кəəфириин
Indeed nasee is an increase in unfaith, whereby the faithless are led [further] astray. They allow it in one year and forbid it another year, so as to fit in with the number, which Allah has made inviolable, thus permitting what Allah has forbidden. Their evil deeds appear to them as decorous, and Allah does not guide the faithless lot.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱنفِرُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ أَرَضِيتُم بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا مِنَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ ۚ فَمَا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ
йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу мəə лəкум из̃əə ќиилə лəкуму-ŋŋфируу фии сəбиилиль-лəhи-c̃c̃əəќōльтум илəəль-əрд, əрōдыытумм-би-ль-həйəəтид-дунйəə минəль-əəхырōh, фəмəə мəтəə'уль-həйəəтид-дунйəə фииль-əəхырōти ильлəə ќōлииль
O you who have faith! What is the matter with you that when you are told: ‘Go forth in the way of Allah,’ you sink heavily to the ground? Are you pleased with the life of this world instead of the Hereafter? But the wares of the life of this world compared with the Hereafter are but insignificant.
إِلَّا تَنفِرُواْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْـًٔا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
ильлəə тəŋŋфируу йу'əз̃з̃ибкум 'əз̃əəбəн əлиимəу-вəйəстəбдиль ќōумəн ґōйрōкум вəлəə тəдуррууhу шэй`ə, вəл-лаhу 'əлəə кулли шэй`ин ќōдиир
If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment, and replace you with another people, and you will not hurt Him in the least, and Allah has power over all things.
إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ثَانِىَ ٱثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِى ٱلْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَٰحِبِهِۦ لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَنَا ۖ فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُۥ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلسُّفْلَىٰ ۗ وَكَلِمَةُ ٱللَّهِ هِىَ ٱلْعُلْيَا ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ
ильлəə тəŋŋсурууhу фəќōд нəсōрōhул-лаhу из̃ əхрōджəhуль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу c̃əəнийə-c̃нəйни из̃ hумəə фииль-ґōōри из̃ йəќуулю лисōōhибиhи лəə тəhзəн иннəл-лаhə мə'əнəə, фə`əŋŋзəлəл-лаhу сəкиинəтəhу 'əлэйhи вə`əййəдəhу биджунуудиль-лəм тəрōуhəə вəджə'əлə кəлимəтəль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруус-суфлəə, вəкəлимəтул-лаhи hийəль-'ульйəə, вəл-лаhу 'əзиизун həкиим
If you do not help him, then Allah certainly helped him when the faithless expelled him, as one of two [refugees], when the two of them were in the cave, he said to his companion, ‘Do not grieve; Allah is indeed with us.’ Then Allah sent down His composure upon him, and strengthened him with hosts you did not see, and He made the word of the faithless the lowest; and the word of Allah is the highest; and Allah is all-mighty, all-wise.
