بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

бисмиль-лəhир-рōhмəəнир-рōhиим

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

9:93

 ۞ إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْتَـْٔذِنُونَكَ وَهُمْ أَغْنِيَآءُ  ۚ رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ ٱلْخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

иннəмəəс-сəбиилю 'əлəəль-лəз̃иинə йəстə`з̃инуунəкə вəhум əґнийəə, рōдуу би`əй-йəкуунуу мə'əль-хōвəəлифи вəтōбə'əл-лаhу 'əлəə ќулююбиhим фəhум лəə йə'лəмуун

The blame lies only on those who ask leave of you [to stay behind] though they are well-off. They are pleased to be with those who stay back; Allah has set a seal on their hearts, so they do not know [the outcome of their conduct].
