يَعْتَذِرُونَ إِلَيْكُمْ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ  ۚ قُل لَّا تَعْتَذِرُواْ لَن نُّؤْمِنَ لَكُمْ قَدْ نَبَّأَنَا ٱللَّهُ مِنْ أَخْبَارِكُمْ  ۚ وَسَيَرَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَلَكُمْ وَرَسُولُهُۥ ثُمَّ تُرَدُّونَ إِلَىٰ عَٰلِمِ ٱلْغَيْبِ وَٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

йə'тəз̃ируунə илəйкум из̃əə рōджə'тум илəйhим, ќуль-лəə тə'тəз̃ируу лəн-ну`минə лəкум ќōд нəббə`əнəл-лаhу мин əхбəəрикум, вəсəйəрōōл-лаhу 'əмəлəкум вəрōсуулюhу c̃уммə турōддуунə илəə 'əəлимиль-ґōйби вəш-шəhəəдəти фəйунəбби`укумм-бимəə куŋŋтум тə'мəлююн

They will offer you excuses when you return to them. Say, ‘Do not make excuses; we will never believe you. Allah has informed us of your state of affairs. Allah and His Apostle will observe your conduct, then you will be returned to the Knower of the sensible and the Unseen, and He will inform you concerning what you used to do.’

سَيَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ لَكُمْ إِذَا ٱنقَلَبْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ لِتُعْرِضُواْ عَنْهُمْ  ۖ فَأَعْرِضُواْ عَنْهُمْ  ۖ إِنَّهُمْ رِجْسٌ  ۖ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْسِبُونَ

сəйəhлифуунə биль-лəhи лəкум из̃əə-ŋŋќōлəбтум илəйhим литу'ридуу 'əнhум, фə`ə'ридуу 'əнhум, иннəhум риджс, вəмə`вəəhум джəhəннəму джəзəə`əмм-бимəə кəəнуу йəксибуун

They will swear to you by Allah when you return to them, that you may leave them alone. So leave them alone. They are indeed filth, and their refuge shall be hell, a requital for what they used to earn.

يَحْلِفُونَ لَكُمْ لِتَرْضَوْاْ عَنْهُمْ  ۖ فَإِن تَرْضَوْاْ عَنْهُمْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَرْضَىٰ عَنِ ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ

йəhлифуунə лəкум литəрдōу 'əнhум, фə`иŋŋ-тəрдōу 'əнhум фə`иннəл-лаhə лəə йəрдōō 'əниль-ќōумиль-фəəсиќиин

They swear to you that you may be reconciled to them. But even if you are reconciled to them, Allah shall not be reconciled to the transgressing lot.

ٱلْأَعْرَابُ أَشَدُّ كُفْرًا وَنِفَاقًا وَأَجْدَرُ أَلَّا يَعْلَمُواْ حُدُودَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ رَسُولِهِۦ  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

əль`ə'рōōбу əшəдду куфрōу-вəнифəəќōу-вə`əдждəру əльлəə йə'лəмуу hудуудə мəə əŋŋзəлəл-лаhу 'əлəə рōсуулиh, вəл-лаhу 'əлиимун həкиим

The Bedouins are more obdurate in unfaith and hypocrisy, and more apt to be ignorant of the precepts that Allah has sent down to His Apostle, and Allah is all-knowing, all-wise.

وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ مَغْرَمًا وَيَتَرَبَّصُ بِكُمُ ٱلدَّوَآئِرَ  ۚ عَلَيْهِمْ دَآئِرَةُ ٱلسَّوْءِ  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ

вəминəль-ə'рōōби мəй-йəттəхыз̃у мəə йуŋŋфиќу мəґрōмəу-вəйəтəрōббəсу бикумуд-дəвəə`ир, 'əлэйhим дəə`ирōтус-сəу, вəл-лаhу сəмии'ун 'əлиим

Among the Bedouins are those who regard what they spend as a loss, and they watch for a reversal of your fortunes. Theirs shall be an adverse turn of fortune, and Allah is all-hearing, all-knowing.

وَمِنَ ٱلْأَعْرَابِ مَن يُؤْمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ وَيَتَّخِذُ مَا يُنفِقُ قُرُبَٰتٍ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَصَلَوَٰتِ ٱلرَّسُولِ  ۚ أَلَآ إِنَّهَا قُرْبَةٌ لَّهُمْ  ۚ سَيُدْخِلُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى رَحْمَتِهِۦٓ  ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

вəминəль-ə'рōōби мəй-йу`мину биль-лəhи вəəльйəумиль-əəхыри вəйəттəхыз̃у мəə йуŋŋфиќу ќурубəəтин 'иŋŋдəл-лаhи вəсōлəвəəтир-рōсууль, əлəə иннəhəə ќурбəтуль-лəhум, сəйудхылюhумул-лаhу фии рōhмəтиh, иннəл-лаhə ґōфуурур-рōhиим

Yet among the Bedouins are [also] those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and regard what they spend as [a means of attaining] nearness to Allah and the blessings of the Apostle. Now, it shall indeed bring them nearness, and Allah will admit them into His mercy. Indeed Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful.
