يَسْتَفْتُونَكَ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِى ٱلْكَلَٰلَةِ ۚ إِنِ ٱمْرُؤٌاْ هَلَكَ لَيْسَ لَهُۥ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُۥٓ أُخْتٌ فَلَهَا نِصْفُ مَا تَرَكَ ۚ وَهُوَ يَرِثُهَآ إِن لَّمْ يَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدٌ ۚ فَإِن كَانَتَا ٱثْنَتَيْنِ فَلَهُمَا ٱلثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَ ۚ وَإِن كَانُوٓاْ إِخْوَةً رِّجَالًا وَنِسَآءً فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ ٱلْأُنثَيَيْنِ ۗ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ أَن تَضِلُّواْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌۢ
йəстəфтуунəкə ќулиль-лəhу йуфтиикум фииль-кəлəəлəh, ини-мру`ун həлəкə лэйсə лəhу вəлəдуу-вəлəhу ухтун фəлəhəə нисфу мəə тəрōк, вəhувə йəриc̃уhəə иль-лəм йəкуль-лəhəə вəлəд, фə`иŋŋ-кəəнəтəə-c̃нəтəйни фəлəhумəəc̃-c̃улюc̃əəни миммəə тəрōк, вə`иŋŋ-кəəнуу ихвəтəр-риджəəлəу-вəнисəə`əн фəлиз̃-з̃əкəри миc̃лю həз̃з̃ыль-уŋŋc̃əйəйн, йубəййинул-лаhу лəкум əŋŋ-тəдыллюу, вəл-лаhу бикулли шэй`ин 'əлиим
They ask you for a ruling. Say, ‘Allah gives you a ruling concerning the kalalah: If a man dies and has no children [or parents], but has a sister, for her shall be a half of what he leaves, and he shall inherit from her if she has no children. If there be two sisters, then they shall receive two-thirds of what he leaves. But if there be [several] brothers and sisters, then for the male shall be the like of the share of two females. Allah explains [the laws] for you lest you should go astray, and Allah has knowledge of all things.’
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَوْفُواْ بِٱلْعُقُودِ ۚ أُحِلَّتْ لَكُم بَهِيمَةُ ٱلْأَنْعَٰمِ إِلَّا مَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْكُمْ غَيْرَ مُحِلِّى ٱلصَّيْدِ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحْكُمُ مَا يُرِيدُ
йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу əуфуу би-ль-'уќууди уhильлəт лəкумм-бəhиимəтуль-əн'əəми ильлəə мəə йутлəə 'əлэйкум ґōйрō муhиллиис-сōйди вə`əŋŋтум hурумун иннəл-лаhə йəhкуму мəə йуриид
O you who have faith! Keep your agreements. You are permitted animals of grazing livestock, except what is [now] announced to you, disallowing game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Indeed Allah decrees whatever He desires.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا تُحِلُّواْ شَعَٰٓئِرَ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا ٱلشَّهْرَ ٱلْحَرَامَ وَلَا ٱلْهَدْىَ وَلَا ٱلْقَلَٰٓئِدَ وَلَآ ءَآمِّينَ ٱلْبَيْتَ ٱلْحَرَامَ يَبْتَغُونَ فَضْلًا مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَرِضْوَٰنًا ۚ وَإِذَا حَلَلْتُمْ فَٱصْطَادُواْ ۚ وَلَا يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوْمٍ أَن صَدُّوكُمْ عَنِ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ أَن تَعْتَدُواْ ۘ وَتَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلْبِرِّ وَٱلتَّقْوَىٰ ۖ وَلَا تَعَاوَنُواْ عَلَى ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْعُدْوَٰنِ ۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ
йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу лəə туhиллюю шə'əə`ирōл-лаhи вəлəəш-шəhрōль-həрōōмə вəлəəль-həдйə вəлəəль-ќōлəə`идə вəлəə əəммиинəль-бэйтəль-həрōōмə йəбтəґуунə фəдлəмм-мир-рōббиhим вəридвəəнə, вə`из̃əə həлəльтум фəəстōōдуу, вəлəə йəджримəннəкум шəнə`əəну ќōумин əŋŋ-сōддуукум 'əниль-мəсджидиль-həрōōми əŋŋ-тə'тəдуу, вəтə'əəвəнуу 'əлəəль-бирри вəт-тəќвəə, вəлəə тə'əəвəнуу 'əлəəль-иc̃ми вəəль'удвəəн, вəəттəќуул-лаh, иннəл-лаhə шəдиидуль-'иќōōб
O you who have faith! Do not violate Allah’s sacraments, neither the sacred month, nor the offering, nor the necklaces, nor those bound for the Sacred House, who seek their Lord’s grace and [His] pleasure. But when you emerge from pilgrim sanctity, you may hunt for game. Ill feeling for a people should not lead you, because they barred you from [access to] the Sacred Mosque, to transgress. Cooperate in piety and Godwariness, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression, and be wary of Allah. Indeed Allah is severe in retribution.
