يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِّن قَوْمٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُونُواْ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَلَا نِسَآءٌ مِّن نِّسَآءٍ عَسَىٰٓ أَن يَكُنَّ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُنَّ ۖ وَلَا تَلْمِزُوٓاْ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَلَا تَنَابَزُواْ بِٱلْأَلْقَٰبِ ۖ بِئْسَ ٱلِٱسْمُ ٱلْفُسُوقُ بَعْدَ ٱلْإِيمَٰنِ ۚ وَمَن لَّمْ يَتُبْ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу лəə йəсхōр ќōумумм-миŋŋ-ќōумин 'əсəə əй-йəкуунуу хōйрōмм-минhум вəлəə нисəə`умм-мин-нисəə`ин 'əсəə əй-йəкуннə хōйрōмм-минhунн, вəлəə тəльмизуу əŋŋфусəкум вəлəə тəнəəбəзуу би-ль-əльќōōб, би`сə-лисмуль-фусууќу бə'дəль-иимəəн, вəмəль-лəм йəтуб фə`уулəə`икə hумуз̃-з̃ōōлимуун
O you who have faith! Let not any people ridicule another people: it may be that they are better than they are; nor let women [ridicule] women: it may be that they are better than they are. And do not defame one another, nor insult one another by [calling] nicknames. How evil are profane names subsequent to faith! As for those who are not penitent [of their past conduct]—such are the wrongdoers.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱجْتَنِبُواْ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ ٱلظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ ۖ وَلَا تَجَسَّسُواْ وَلَا يَغْتَب بَّعْضُكُم بَعْضًا ۚ أَيُحِبُّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَن يَأْكُلَ لَحْمَ أَخِيهِ مَيْتًا فَكَرِهْتُمُوهُ ۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ تَوَّابٌ رَّحِيمٌ
йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу-джтəнибуу кəc̃иирōмм-минəз̃-з̃ōнни иннə бə'дōз̃-з̃ōнни иc̃м, вəлəə тəджəссəсуу вəлəə йəґтəб-бə'дукумм-бə'дō, əйуhиббу əhəдукум əй-йə`кулə лəhмə əхыыhи мəйтəн фəкəриhтумууh, вəəттəќуул-лаh, иннəл-лаhə тəувəəбур-рōhиим
O you who have faith! Avoid much suspicion; indeed some suspicions are sins. And do not spy on one another or backbite. Will any of you love to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You would hate it. Be wary of Allah; indeed Allah is all-clement, all-merciful.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَٰكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَٰكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَآئِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوٓاْ ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَتْقَىٰكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ
йəə əййуhəəн-нəəсу иннəə хōлəќнəəкум-миŋŋ-з̃əкəриу-вə`уŋŋc̃əə вəджə'əльнəəкум шу'уубəу-вəќōбəə`илə литə'əəрōфуу, иннə əкрōмəкум 'иŋŋдəл-лаhи əтќōōкум, иннəл-лаhə 'əлиимун хōбиир
O mankind! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female, and made you nations and tribes that you may identify yourselves with one another. Indeed the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most Godwary among you. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-aware.
۞ قَالَتِ ٱلْأَعْرَابُ ءَامَنَّا ۖ قُل لَّمْ تُؤْمِنُواْ وَلَٰكِن قُولُوٓاْ أَسْلَمْنَا وَلَمَّا يَدْخُلِ ٱلْإِيمَٰنُ فِى قُلُوبِكُمْ ۖ وَإِن تُطِيعُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَا يَلِتْكُم مِّنْ أَعْمَٰلِكُمْ شَيْـًٔا ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
ќōōлəтиль-ə'рōōбу əəмəннəə, ќуль-лəм ту`минуу вəлəəкиŋŋ-ќуулюю əслəмнəə вəлəммəə йəдхулиль-иимəəну фии ќулююбикум, вə`иŋŋ-тутыы'уул-лаhə вəрōсуулəhу лəə йəлиткум-мин ə'мəəликум шэй`ə, иннəл-лаhə ґōфуурур-рōhиим
The Bedouins say, ‘We have faith.’ Say, ‘You do not have faith yet; rather, say, ‘‘We have embraced Islam,’’ for faith has not yet entered into your hearts. Yet if you obey Allah and His Apostle, He will not stint anything of [the reward of] your works. Indeed Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful.’
إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْتَابُواْ وَجَٰهَدُواْ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلصَّٰدِقُونَ
иннəмəəль-му`минуунəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу биль-лəhи вəрōсуулиhи c̃уммə лəм йəртəəбуу вəджəəhəдуу би`əмвəəлиhим вə`əŋŋфусиhим фии сəбиилиль-лəh, уулəə`икə hумус-сōōдиќуун
The faithful are only those who have attained faith in Allah and His Apostle and then have never doubted, and who wage jihad with their possessions and their persons in the way of Allah. It is they who are the truthful.
قُلْ أَتُعَلِّمُونَ ٱللَّهَ بِدِينِكُمْ وَٱللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
ќуль əту'əллимуунəл-лаhə бидииникум вəл-лаhу йə'лəму мəə фиис-сəмəəвəəти вəмəə фииль-əрд, вəл-лаhу бикулли шэй`ин 'əлиим
Say, ‘Will you inform Allah about your faith while Allah knows whatever there is in the heavens and whatever there is in the earth, and Allah has knowledge of all things?’
يَمُنُّونَ عَلَيْكَ أَنْ أَسْلَمُواْ ۖ قُل لَّا تَمُنُّواْ عَلَىَّ إِسْلَٰمَكُم ۖ بَلِ ٱللَّهُ يَمُنُّ عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ هَدَىٰكُمْ لِلْإِيمَٰنِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
йəмуннуунə 'əлэйкə əн əслəмуу, ќуль-лəə тəмуннуу 'əлэййə ислəəмəкум, бəлиль-лəhу йəмунну 'əлэйкум əн həдəəкум ли-ль-иимəəни иŋŋ-куŋŋтум сōōдиќиин
They count it as a favour to you that they have embraced Islam. Say, ‘Do not count your embracing of Islam as a favour to me. No, it is Allah who has done you a favour in that He has guided you to faith, if you are truthful [in your claim].
