إِنَّمَا ٱلنَّسِىٓءُ زِيَادَةٌ فِى ٱلْكُفْرِ  ۖ يُضَلُّ بِهِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُحِلُّونَهُۥ عَامًا وَيُحَرِّمُونَهُۥ عَامًا لِّيُوَاطِـُٔواْ عِدَّةَ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ فَيُحِلُّواْ مَا حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ  ۚ زُيِّنَ لَهُمْ سُوٓءُ أَعْمَٰلِهِمْ  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ

иннəмəəн-нəсии`у зийəəдəтун фииль-куфр, йудōллю биhиль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу йуhиллююнəhу 'əəмəу-вəйуhəрримуунəhу 'əəмəл-лийувəəты`уу 'иддəтə мəə həррōмəл-лаhу фəйуhиллюю мəə həррōмəл-лаh, зуййинə лəhум суу`у ə'мəəлиhим, вəл-лаhу лəə йəhдииль-ќōумəль-кəəфириин

Indeed nasee is an increase in unfaith, whereby the faithless are led [further] astray. They allow it in one year and forbid it another year, so as to fit in with the number, which Allah has made inviolable, thus permitting what Allah has forbidden. Their evil deeds appear to them as decorous, and Allah does not guide the faithless lot.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَا لَكُمْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱنفِرُواْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱثَّاقَلْتُمْ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ  ۚ أَرَضِيتُم بِٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا مِنَ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ  ۚ فَمَا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ

йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу мəə лəкум из̃əə ќиилə лəкуму-ŋŋфируу фии сəбиилиль-лəhи-c̃c̃əəќōльтум илəəль-əрд, əрōдыытумм-би-ль-həйəəтид-дунйəə минəль-əəхырōh, фəмəə мəтəə'уль-həйəəтид-дунйəə фииль-əəхырōти ильлəə ќōлииль

O you who have faith! What is the matter with you that when you are told: ‘Go forth in the way of Allah,’ you sink heavily to the ground? Are you pleased with the life of this world instead of the Hereafter? But the wares of the life of this world compared with the Hereafter are but insignificant.

إِلَّا تَنفِرُواْ يُعَذِّبْكُمْ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًا وَيَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ وَلَا تَضُرُّوهُ شَيْـًٔا  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

ильлəə тəŋŋфируу йу'əз̃з̃ибкум 'əз̃əəбəн əлиимəу-вəйəстəбдиль ќōумəн ґōйрōкум вəлəə тəдуррууhу шэй`ə, вəл-лаhу 'əлəə кулли шэй`ин ќōдиир

If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment, and replace you with another people, and you will not hurt Him in the least, and Allah has power over all things.

إِلَّا تَنصُرُوهُ فَقَدْ نَصَرَهُ ٱللَّهُ إِذْ أَخْرَجَهُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ثَانِىَ ٱثْنَيْنِ إِذْ هُمَا فِى ٱلْغَارِ إِذْ يَقُولُ لِصَٰحِبِهِۦ لَا تَحْزَنْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَنَا  ۖ فَأَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ سَكِينَتَهُۥ عَلَيْهِ وَأَيَّدَهُۥ بِجُنُودٍ لَّمْ تَرَوْهَا وَجَعَلَ كَلِمَةَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلسُّفْلَىٰ  ۗ وَكَلِمَةُ ٱللَّهِ هِىَ ٱلْعُلْيَا  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

ильлəə тəŋŋсурууhу фəќōд нəсōрōhул-лаhу из̃ əхрōджəhуль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу c̃əəнийə-c̃нəйни из̃ hумəə фииль-ґōōри из̃ йəќуулю лисōōhибиhи лəə тəhзəн иннəл-лаhə мə'əнəə, фə`əŋŋзəлəл-лаhу сəкиинəтəhу 'əлэйhи вə`əййəдəhу биджунуудиль-лəм тəрōуhəə вəджə'əлə кəлимəтəль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруус-суфлəə, вəкəлимəтул-лаhи hийəль-'ульйəə, вəл-лаhу 'əзиизун həкиим

If you do not help him, then Allah certainly helped him when the faithless expelled him, as one of two [refugees], when the two of them were in the cave, he said to his companion, ‘Do not grieve; Allah is indeed with us.’ Then Allah sent down His composure upon him, and strengthened him with hosts you did not see, and He made the word of the faithless the lowest; and the word of Allah is the highest; and Allah is all-mighty, all-wise.
