36:81

أَوَلَيْسَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخْلُقَ مِثْلَهُم  ۚ بَلَىٰ وَهُوَ ٱلْخَلَّٰقُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

əвəлэйсəль-лəз̃ии хōлəќōс-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрдō биќōōдирин 'əлəə əй-йəхлюќō миc̃лəhум, бəлəə вəhувəль-хōльлəəќуль-'əлиим

Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yes indeed! He is the All-creator, the All-knowing.

36:82

إِنَّمَآ أَمْرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيْـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

иннəмəə əмруhу из̃əə əрōōдə шэй`əн əй-йəќуулə лəhу куŋŋ-фəйəкуун

All His command, when He wills something, is to say to it ‘Be,’ and it is.

36:83

فَسُبْحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِى بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

фəсубhəəнəль-лəз̃ии бийəдиhи мəлəкууту кулли шэй`иу-вə`илəйhи турджə'уун

So immaculate is He in whose hand is the dominion of all things, and to whom you shall be brought back.
