بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

бисмиль-лəhир-рōhмəəнир-рōhиим

In the Name of Allah, the All-beneficent, the All-merciful.

أَتَىٰٓ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلُوهُ  ۚ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

əтəə əмрул-лаhи фəлəə тəстə'джилююhу субhəəнəhу вəтə'əəлəə 'əммəə йушрикуун

Allah’s edict is coming! So do not seek to hasten it. Immaculate is He and exalted above [having] any partners that they ascribe [to Him].

يُنَزِّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ بِٱلرُّوحِ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦٓ أَنْ أَنذِرُوٓاْ أَنَّهُۥ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنَا۠ فَٱتَّقُونِ

йунəззилюль-мəлəə`икəтə бир-рууhи мин əмриhи 'əлəə мəй-йəшəə`у мин 'ибəəдиhи əн əŋŋз̃ируу əннəhу лəə илəəhə ильлəə əнəə фəəттəќуун

He sends down the angels with the spirit of His command to whomever He wishes of His servants: ‘Warn [the people] that there is no god except Me; so be wary of Me.’

خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ بِٱلْحَقِّ  ۚ تَعَٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ

хōлəќōс-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрдō би-ль-həќќ, тə'əəлəə 'əммəə йушрикуун

He created the heavens and the earth with consummate wisdom. He is above having any partners that they ascribe [to Him].

خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن نُّطْفَةٍ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمٌ مُّبِينٌ

хōлəќōль-иŋŋсəəнə мин-нутфəтин фə`из̃əə hувə хōсыымумм-мубиин

He created man from a drop of [seminal] fluid, and, behold, he is an open contender!

وَٱلْأَنْعَٰمَ خَلَقَهَا  ۗ لَكُمْ فِيهَا دِفْءٌ وَمَنَٰفِعُ وَمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ

вəəль`əн'əəмə хōлəќōhəə, лəкум фииhəə диф`уу-вəмəнəəфи'у вəминhəə тə`кулююн

He created the cattle, in which there is warmth for you and [other] uses, and some of them you eat.

وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا جَمَالٌ حِينَ تُرِيحُونَ وَحِينَ تَسْرَحُونَ

вəлəкум фииhəə джəмəəлюн hиинə турииhуунə вəhиинə тəсрōhуун

There is in them a beauty for you when you bring them home for rest and when you drive them forth to pasture.

وَتَحْمِلُ أَثْقَالَكُمْ إِلَىٰ بَلَدٍ لَّمْ تَكُونُواْ بَٰلِغِيهِ إِلَّا بِشِقِّ ٱلْأَنفُسِ  ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ

вəтəhмилю əc̃ќōōлəкум илəə бəлəдиль-лəм тəкуунуу бəəлиґииhи ильлəə бишиќќиль-əŋŋфус, иннə рōббəкум лəрō`ууфур-рōhиим

And they bear your burdens to towns, which you could not reach except by straining yourselves. Indeed your Lord is most kind and merciful.

وَٱلْخَيْلَ وَٱلْبِغَالَ وَٱلْحَمِيرَ لِتَرْكَبُوهَا وَزِينَةً  ۚ وَيَخْلُقُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ

вəəльхōйлə вəəльбиґōōлə вəəльhəмиирō литəркəбууhəə вəзиинəh, вəйəхлюќу мəə лəə тə'лəмуун

And horses, mules and asses, for you to ride them, and for pomp, and He creates what you do not know.

وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ قَصْدُ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَمِنْهَا جَآئِرٌ  ۚ وَلَوْ شَآءَ لَهَدَىٰكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

вə'əлəл-лаhи ќōсдус-сəбиили вəминhəə джəə`ир, вəлəу шəə`ə лəhəдəəкум əджмə'иин

With Allah rests guidance to the straight path, and some of the paths are devious, and had He wished He would have guided you all.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً  ۖ لَّكُم مِّنْهُ شَرَابٌ وَمِنْهُ شَجَرٌ فِيهِ تُسِيمُونَ

hувəль-лəз̃ии əŋŋзəлə минəс-сəмəə`и мəə`ə, лəкум-минhу шəрōōбуу-вəминhу шəджəрун фииhи тусиимуун

It is He who sends down water from the sky: from it you get your drink and with it are [sustained] the plants wherein you pasture your herds.
