وَمِنْهُم مَّن يَقُولُ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِى ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ

вəминhум-мəй-йəќуулю рōббəнəə əəтинəə фиид-дунйəə həсəнəтəу-вəфииль-əəхырōти həсəнəтəу-вəќинəə 'əз̃əəбəн-нəəр

And among them there are those who say, ‘Our Lord, give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and save us from the punishment of the Fire.’

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ نَصِيبٌ مِّمَّا كَسَبُواْ  ۚ وَٱللَّهُ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ

уулəə`икə лəhум нəсыыбумм-миммəə кəсəбуу, вəл-лаhу сəрии'уль-hисəəб

Such shall partake of what they have earned, and Allah is swift at reckoning.

 ۞ وَٱذْكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ فِىٓ أَيَّامٍ مَّعْدُودَٰتٍ  ۚ فَمَن تَعَجَّلَ فِى يَوْمَيْنِ فَلَآ إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَمَن تَأَخَّرَ فَلَآ إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ  ۚ لِمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰ  ۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعْلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّكُمْ إِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ

вəəз̃куруул-лаhə фии əййəəмимм-мə'дуудəəт, фəмəŋŋ-тə'əджджəлə фии йəумəйни фəлəə иc̃мə 'əлэйhи вəмəŋŋ-тə`əххōрō фəлəə иc̃мə 'əлэйh, лимəни-ттəќōō, вəəттəќуул-лаhə вəə'лəмуу əннəкум илəйhи туhшəруун

Remember Allah in the appointed days. Then whoever hastens off in a couple of days, there is no sin upon him, and whoever delays, there is no sin upon him—that for one who has been Godwary—and be wary of Allah and know that toward Him you will be mustered.

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُعْجِبُكَ قَوْلُهُۥ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَيُشْهِدُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا فِى قَلْبِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ ٱلْخِصَامِ

вəминəн-нəəси мəй-йу'джибукə ќōулюhу фииль-həйəəтид-дунйəə вəйушhидул-лаhə 'əлəə мəə фии ќōльбиhи вəhувə əлəддуль-хысōōм

Among the people is he whose talk about worldly life impresses you, and he holds Allah witness to what is in his heart, though he is the staunchest of enemies.

وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيُفْسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهْلِكَ ٱلْحَرْثَ وَٱلنَّسْلَ  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْفَسَادَ

вə`из̃əə тəвəльлəə сə'əə фииль-əрды лийуфсидə фииhəə вəйуhликəль-həрc̃ə вəн-нəсль, вəл-лаhу лəə йуhиббуль-фəсəəд

If he were to wield authority, he would try to cause corruption in the land and to ruin the crop and the stock, and Allah does not like corruption.

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ أَخَذَتْهُ ٱلْعِزَّةُ بِٱلْإِثْمِ  ۚ فَحَسْبُهُۥ جَهَنَّمُ  ۚ وَلَبِئْسَ ٱلْمِهَادُ

вə`из̃əə ќиилə лəhу-ттəќиль-лəhə əхōз̃əтhуль-'иззəту би-ль-иc̃м, фəhəсбуhу джəhəннəм, вəлəби`сəль-миhəəд

And when he is told, ‘Be wary of Allah,’ conceit seizes him sinfully; so let hell suffice him, and it is surely an evil resting place!

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَشْرِى نَفْسَهُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ مَرْضَاتِ ٱللَّهِ  ۗ وَٱللَّهُ رَءُوفٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ

вəминəн-нəəси мəй-йəшрии нəфсəhу-бтиґōō`ə мəрдōōтиль-лəh, вəл-лаhу рō`ууфумм-би-ль-'ибəəд

And among the people is he who sells his soul seeking the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is most kind to [His] servants.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱدْخُلُواْ فِى ٱلسِّلْمِ كَآفَّةً وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنِ  ۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

йəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу-дхулюю фиис-сильми кəəффəтəу-вəлəə тəттəби'уу хутувəəтиш-шэйтōōн, иннəhу лəкум 'əдуувумм-мубиин

O you who have faith! Enter into submission, all together, and do not follow in Satan’s steps; he is indeed your manifest enemy.

فَإِن زَلَلْتُم مِّنۢ بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَتْكُمُ ٱلْبَيِّنَٰتُ فَٱعْلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

фə`иŋŋ-зəлəльтум-мимм-бə'ди мəə джəə`əткумуль-бэййинəəту фəə'лəмуу əннəл-лаhə 'əзиизун həкиим

And should you stumble after the manifest proofs that have come to you, know that Allah is all-mighty, all-wise.

هَلْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأْتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى ظُلَلٍ مِّنَ ٱلْغَمَامِ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَقُضِىَ ٱلْأَمْرُ  ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ

həль йəŋŋз̃уруунə ильлəə əй-йə`тийəhумул-лаhу фии з̃улəлимм-минəль-ґōмəəми вəəльмəлəə`икəту вəќудыйəль-əмр, вə`илəл-лаhи турджə'уль-умуур

Do they await anything but that Allah [’s command] should come to them in the shades of the clouds, with the angels, and the matter be decided [once for all]? To Allah all matters are returned.
