تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ
тəŋŋзиилюль-китəəби минəл-лаhиль-'əзиизиль-həкиим
The [gradual] sending down of the Book is from Allah, the All-mighty, All-wise.
إِنَّ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَءَايَٰتٍ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
иннə фиис-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрды лə`əəйəəтил-ли-ль-му`миниин
In the heavens and the earth there are indeed signs for the faithful,
وَفِى خَلْقِكُمْ وَمَا يَبُثُّ مِن دَآبَّةٍ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُوقِنُونَ
вəфии хōльќикум вəмəə йəбуc̃c̃у миŋŋ-дəəббəтин əəйəəтул-лиќōумий-йууќинуун
There are signs for people who have certainty in your own creation and in animals, He scatters abroad.
وَٱخْتِلَٰفِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مِن رِّزْقٍ فَأَحْيَا بِهِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَتَصْرِيفِ ٱلرِّيَٰحِ ءَايَٰتٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ
вəəхтилəəфиль-лэйли вəн-нəhəəри вəмəə əŋŋзəлəл-лаhу минəс-сəмəə`и мир-ризќин фə`əhйəə биhиль-əрдō бə'дə мəутиhəə вəтəсриифир-рийəəhи əəйəəтул-лиќōумий-йə'ќилююн
There are signs for people who exercise their reason in the alternation of night and day, in the provision that Allah sends down from the sky, with which He revives the earth after its death, and in the changing of the winds.
تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتْلُوهَا عَلَيْكَ بِٱلْحَقِّ ۖ فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍۭ بَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ وَءَايَٰتِهِۦ يُؤْمِنُونَ
тилькə əəйəəтул-лаhи нəтлююhəə 'əлэйкə би-ль-həќќ, фəби`əййи həдииc̃имм-бə'дəл-лаhи вə`əəйəəтиhи йу`минуун
These are the signs of Allah that We recite for you in truth. So what discourse will they believe after Allah and His signs?
يَسْمَعُ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يُصِرُّ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا ۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
йəсмə'у əəйəəтиль-лəhи тутлəə 'əлэйhи c̃уммə йусырру мустəкбирōн кə`əль-лəм йəсмə'həə, фəбəшширhу би'əз̃əəбин əлиим
who hears the signs of Allah being recited to him, yet persists arrogantly as if he had not heard them. So inform him of a painful punishment.
وَإِذَا عَلِمَ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِنَا شَيْـًٔا ٱتَّخَذَهَا هُزُوًا ۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ
вə`из̃əə 'əлимə мин əəйəəтинəə шэй`əн-ттəхōз̃əhəə hузувə, уулəə`икə лəhум 'əз̃əəбумм-муhиин
Should he learn anything about Our signs, he takes them in derision. For such there is a humiliating punishment.
مِّن وَرَآئِهِمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَلَا يُغْنِى عَنْهُم مَّا كَسَبُواْ شَيْـًٔا وَلَا مَا ٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ أَوْلِيَآءَ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
миу-вəрōō`иhим джəhəннəм, вəлəə йуґнии 'əнhум-мəə кəсəбуу шэй`əу-вəлəə мəə-ттəхōз̃уу миŋŋ-дууниль-лəhи əулийəə, вəлəhум 'əз̃əəбун 'əз̃ыым
Ahead of them is hell, and neither what they have earned, nor what they had taken as guardians besides Allah will avail them in any way, and there is a great punishment for them.
هَٰذَا هُدًى ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مِّن رِّجْزٍ أَلِيمٌ
həəз̃əə hудəн, вəəльлəз̃иинə кəфəруу би`əəйəəти рōббиhим лəhум 'əз̃əəбумм-мир-риджзин əлиим
This is [true] guidance, and there is a painful punishment due to defilement for those who defy the signs of their Lord.
۞ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى سَخَّرَ لَكُمُ ٱلْبَحْرَ لِتَجْرِىَ ٱلْفُلْكُ فِيهِ بِأَمْرِهِۦ وَلِتَبْتَغُواْ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
аллаhуль-лəз̃ии сəххōрō лəкумуль-бəhрō литəджрийəль-фульку фииhи би`əмриhи вəлитəбтəґуу миŋŋ-фəдлиhи вəлə'əльлəкум тəшкуруун
It is Allah who disposed the sea for you[r benefit] so that the ships may sail in it by His command, that you may seek of His bounty and that you may give thanks.
وَسَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا مِّنْهُ ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
вəсəххōрō лəкум-мəə фиис-сəмəəвəəти вəмəə фииль-əрды джəмии'əмм-минh, иннə фии з̃əəликə лə`əəйəəтил-лиќōумий-йəтəфəккəруун
He has disposed for you[r benefit] whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth; all is from Him. There are indeed signs in that for a people who reflect.
