وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُواْ مَا تَرَكَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى  ۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ أَجَلُهُمْ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِعِبَادِهِۦ بَصِيرًۢا

вəлəу йу`əəхыз̃ул-лаhун-нəəсə бимəə кəсəбуу мəə тəрōкə 'əлəə з̃ōhриhəə миŋŋ-дəəббəтиу-вəлəəкий-йу`əххыруhум илəə əджəлимм-мусəммəн, фə`из̃əə джəə`ə əджəлюhум фə`иннəл-лаhə кəəнə би'ибəəдиhи бəсыырō

Were Allah to take humans to task because of what they have earned, He would not leave any living being on its back. But He respites them until a specified time, and when their time comes, [He retributes them in accordance with their works], for Allah has been watching His servants.

Йа, син.

Ya Seen!

وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ

вəəльќур`əəниль-həкиим

By the Wise Quran,

إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

иннəкə лəминəль-мурсəлиин

you are indeed one of the apostles,

عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ

'əлəə сырōōтымм-мустəќиим

on a straight path.

تَنزِيلَ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

тəŋŋзиилəль-'əзиизир-рōhиим

[It is a scripture] sent down gradually from the All-mighty, the All-merciful

لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ أُنذِرَ ءَابَآؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غَٰفِلُونَ

литуŋŋз̃ирō ќōумəмм-мəə уŋŋз̃ирō əəбəə`уhум фəhум ґōōфилююн

that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are oblivious.

لَقَدْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

лəќōд həќќōль-ќōулю 'əлəə əкc̃əриhим фəhум лəə йу`минуун

The word has certainly become due against most of them, so they will not have faith.

إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ

иннəə джə'əльнəə фии ə'нəəќиhим əґлəəлəн фəhийə илəəль-əз̃ќōōни фəhум-муќмəhуун

Indeed We have put iron collars around their necks, which are up to the chins, so their heads are upturned.

وَجَعَلْنَا مِنۢ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْنَٰهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ

вəджə'əльнəə мимм-бэйни əйдииhим сəддəу-вəмин хōльфиhим сəддəн фə`əґшəйнəəhум фəhум лəə йубсыруун

And We have put a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, then We have blind-folded them, so they do not see.

وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ

вəсəвəə`ун 'əлэйhим ə`əŋŋз̃əртəhум əм лəм туŋŋз̃ирhум лəə йу`минуун

It is the same to them whether you warn them or do not warn them, they will not have faith.

إِنَّمَا تُنذِرُ مَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ ٱلذِّكْرَ وَخَشِىَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنَ بِٱلْغَيْبِ  ۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِمَغْفِرَةٍ وَأَجْرٍ كَرِيمٍ

иннəмəə туŋŋз̃иру мəни-ттəбə'əз̃-з̃икрō вəхōшийəр-рōhмəəнə би-ль-ґōйб, фəбəшширhу бимəґфирōтиу-вə`əджрин кəриим

You can only warn someone who follows the Reminder and fears the All-beneficent in secret; so give him the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward.

إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْىِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَنَكْتُبُ مَا قَدَّمُواْ وَءَاثَٰرَهُمْ  ۚ وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَٰهُ فِىٓ إِمَامٍ مُّبِينٍ

иннəə нəhну нуhйииль-мəутəə вəнəктубу мəə ќōддəмуу вə`əəc̃əəрōhум, вəкульлə шэй`ин əhсōйнəəhу фии имəəмимм-мубиин

Indeed it is We who revive the dead and write what they have sent ahead and their effects [which they left behind], and We have figured everything in a manifest Imam.
