وَءَايَةٌ لَّهُمْ أَنَّا حَمَلْنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلْمَشْحُونِ
вə`əəйəтуль-лəhум əннəə həмəльнəə з̃урриййəтəhум фииль-фулькиль-мəшhуун
A sign for them is that We carried their progeny in the laden ship,
وَخَلَقْنَا لَهُم مِّن مِّثْلِهِۦ مَا يَرْكَبُونَ
вəхōлəќнəə лəhум-мимм-миc̃лиhи мəə йəркəбуун
and We have created for them what is similar to it, which they ride.
وَإِن نَّشَأْ نُغْرِقْهُمْ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُنقَذُونَ
вə`ин-нəшə нуґриќhум фəлəə сōриихō лəhум вəлəə hум йуŋŋќōз̃уун
And if We like We drown them, whereat they have no one to call for help, nor are they rescued
إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَمَتَٰعًا إِلَىٰ حِينٍ
ильлəə рōhмəтəмм-миннəə вəмəтəə'əн илəə hиин
except by a mercy from Us and for an enjoyment until some time.
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱتَّقُواْ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَمَا خَلْفَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
вə`из̃əə ќиилə лəhуму-ттəќуу мəə бэйнə əйдиикум вəмəə хōльфəкум лə'əльлəкум турhəмуун
And when they are told, ‘Beware of that which is before you and that which is behind you, so that you may receive [His] mercy…’
وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ ءَايَةٍ مِّنْ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُواْ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
вəмəə тə`тииhим-мин əəйəтимм-мин əəйəəти рōббиhим ильлəə кəəнуу 'əнhəə му'ридыын
There does not come to them any sign from among the signs of their Lord but that they have been disregarding it.
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ أَنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَنُطْعِمُ مَن لَّوْ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ أَطْعَمَهُۥٓ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا فِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ
вə`из̃əə ќиилə лəhум əŋŋфиќуу миммəə рōзəќōкумул-лаhу ќōōлəль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу лильлəз̃иинə əəмəнуу əнут'иму мəль-лəу йəшəə`ул-лаhу əт'əмəhу ин əŋŋтум ильлəə фии дōлəəлимм-мубиин
When they are told, ‘Spend out of what Allah has provided you,’ the faithless say to the faithful, ‘Shall we feed [someone] whom Allah would feed, if He wished? You are only in manifest error.’
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَٰدِقِينَ
вəйəќуулююнə мəтəə həəз̃əəль-вə'ду иŋŋ-куŋŋтум сōōдиќиин
And they say, ‘When will this promise be fulfilled, should you be truthful?’
مَا يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَٰحِدَةً تَأْخُذُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَخِصِّمُونَ
мəə йəŋŋз̃уруунə ильлəə сōйhəтəу-вəəhидəтəн тə`хуз̃уhум вəhум йəхыссымуун
They do not await but a single Cry that will seize them as they wrangle.
فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ تَوْصِيَةً وَلَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
фəлəə йəстəтыы'уунə тəусыйəтəу-вəлəə илəə əhлиhим йəрджи'уун
Then they will not be able to make any will, nor will they return to their folks.
وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَإِذَا هُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ
вəнуфихō фиис-суури фə`из̃əə hум-минəль-əдждəəc̃и илəə рōббиhим йəŋŋсилююн
And when the Trumpet is blown, behold, there they will be, scrambling towards their Lord from their graves!
قَالُواْ يَٰوَيْلَنَا مَنۢ بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا ۜ ۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
ќōōлюю йəə вəйлəнəə мəмм-бə'əc̃əнəə мимм-мəрќōдинəə, həəз̃əə мəə вə'əдəр-рōhмəəну вəсōдəќōль-мурсəлююн
They will say, ‘Woe to us! Who raised us from our place of sleep?’ ‘This is what the All-beneficent had promised, and the apostles had spoken the truth!’
إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَٰحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ
иŋŋ-кəəнəт ильлəə сōйhəтəу-вəəhидəтəн фə`из̃əə hум джəмии'уль-лəдəйнəə муhдōруун
It will be but a single Cry, and, behold, they will all be presented before Us!
