بَلْ قَالُواْ مِثْلَ مَا قَالَ ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ
бəль ќōōлюю миc̃лə мəə ќōōлəль-əувəлююн
Indeed, they say, just like what the former peoples said.
قَالُوٓاْ أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ
ќōōлюю ə`из̃əə митнəə вəкуннəə турōōбəу-вə'из̃ōōмəн ə`иннəə лəмəб'ууc̃уун
They said, ‘What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be resurrected?
لَقَدْ وُعِدْنَا نَحْنُ وَءَابَآؤُنَا هَٰذَا مِن قَبْلُ إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ أَسَٰطِيرُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ
лəќōд ву'иднəə нəhну вə`əəбəə`унəə həəз̃əə миŋŋ-ќōблю ин həəз̃əə ильлəə əсəəтыыруль-əувəлиин
Certainly, we and our fathers were promised this before. [But] these are nothing but myths of the ancients.’
قُل لِّمَنِ ٱلْأَرْضُ وَمَن فِيهَآ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
ќул-лимəниль-əрду вəмəŋŋ-фииhəə иŋŋ-куŋŋтум тə'лəмуун
Say, ‘To whom does the earth belong and whoever it contains, if you know?’
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
сəйəќуулююнə лильлəh, ќуль əфəлəə тəз̃əккəруун
They will say, ‘To Allah.’ Say, ‘Will you not then take admonition?’
قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
ќуль мəр-рōббус-сəмəəвəəтис-сəб'и вəрōббуль-'əршиль-'əз̃ыым
Say, ‘Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the Great Throne?’
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
сəйəќуулююнə лильлəh, ќуль əфəлəə тəттəќуун
They will say, ‘[They belong] to Allah.’ Say, ‘Will you not then be wary [of Him]?’
قُلْ مَنۢ بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَهُوَ يُجِيرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
ќуль мəмм-бийəдиhи мəлəкууту кулли шэй`иу-вəhувə йуджииру вəлəə йуджəəру 'əлэйhи иŋŋ-куŋŋтум тə'лəмуун
Say, ‘In whose hand is the dominion of all things, and who gives shelter and no shelter can be provided from Him, if you know?’
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ فَأَنَّىٰ تُسْحَرُونَ
сəйəќуулююнə лильлəh, ќуль фə`əннəə тусhəруун
They will say, ‘[They all belong] to Allah.’ Say, ‘Then how are you so deluded?’
